Microsoft has kicked off its annual Xbox Spring Sale today, and for a limited time the company is offering up to 80% discounts on a selection of over 600 Xbox and PC games. In addition to digital games, the Microsoft Store is also offering discounts on select Xbox and PC gaming accessories.
Some of the biggest Xbox games to be discounted include the Call of Duty: Vanguard Cross-Gen bundle (35% off), Cyberpunk 2077 (50% off), Destiny 2: The Witch Queen (20% off), FIFA 22 (60% off), or WWE 2K22 (25% off). Lots of older AAA games are also on sale including Borderlands 3, Control: Ultimate Edition, Metro Exodus, or Watch Dogs: Legion. Please note that I only picked up a couple of games optimized for Xbox Series X|S that are not available on Xbox Game Pass.
On the accessories front, you can save $40 off the Xbox Elite Wireless Controller, and $15 off regular Xbox Wireless Controllers. The new Xbox Stereo Headset is also $13 off, though Microsoft isn’t discounting the wireless version which is still priced at $99. However, Microsoft is offering a $125 discount on the premium Bang & Olufsen Beoplay Portal, which was the first third-party headset to receive the “Designed for Xbox” label.
Microsoft’s Xbox Spring Sale will last until April 21, so make sure to check the Microsoft Store to see local prices. In addition to this limited-time sale, Xbox Live Gold and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members can play Football Manager 2022 and Grow: Song of the Evertree for free with this weekend’s Free Play Days event.
