Long-time PlayStation exclusive “MLB The Show” is coming to Xbox consoles and, it turns out, Xbox Game Pass including Xbox Cloud Gaming.

“We’re delighted to announce that MLB The Show 21 is coming to Xbox Game Pass on day one and will be available on April 20 for Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One, as well as on Android phones and tablets via Xbox Cloud Gaming (Beta) for Ultimate members,” MLB senior vice president Jamie Leece announced. “Both MLB The Show 21 Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S Standard Editions will be included with Xbox Game Pass so members will be able to play the best version of the game regardless of which console they’re on. And with cross-platform play and progress, you can play against others online, and earn and use content across the platform and generation you choose.”

What this means is that MLB The Show 21 won’t be available only on PlayStation. It will also ship on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and via Xbox Game Pass for console and Ultimate. Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers will also be able to stream the game via Xbox Cloud Gaming (formerly xCloud) to Android devices and, soon, the web, Windows, iPhones, and iPads. As noted, gamers will also be able to play online against those on other platforms as well.

MLB The Show 21 is available for pre-order now from the Microsoft Store or local retailers and will be available with Xbox Game Pass starting April 20.
